7OCT25 - Spaghetti Ala Dale

Changes made to the recipe include:- Added salt/pepper to ground beef (73 % lean) when cooking
- The only vegetables used were orange bell pepper and baby Bok choy
- Lowry's seasoning salt used to taste
Notes on taste:
- I really enjoyed the taste of the Bok choy; however, I think the orange bell pepper was too sweet in comparison with it.
- Lowry's seasoning was good
Notes for future preparation:
- I think I should use either a green or yellow bell pepper as they are not as sweet.
- I believe I drained too much fat before adding in the vegetables. Next time I will try not to drain as much
