7OCT25 - Spaghetti Ala Dale

Changes made to the recipe include:

  • Added salt/pepper to ground beef (73 % lean) when cooking
  • The only vegetables used were orange bell pepper and baby Bok choy
  • Lowry's seasoning salt used to taste


Notes on taste:

  • I really enjoyed the taste of the Bok choy; however, I think the orange bell pepper was too sweet in comparison with it.
  • Lowry's seasoning was good


Notes for future preparation:

  • I think I should use either a green or yellow bell pepper as they are not as sweet.
  • I believe I drained too much fat before adding in the vegetables. Next time I will try not to drain as much
